No Turn on Red

A No Turn on Red restriction from Maple Street onto Main Street will be in effect at all times to reduce conflicts between turning vehicles and pedestrians crossing the intersection.

These safety enhancements are based on the recommendations of a professional engineering traffic study and have received approval from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT). The improvements are part of Manchester Borough’s ongoing commitment to improving roadway safety and protecting those who use our sidewalks and crosswalks every day.

We appreciate the public’s patience and cooperation as these improvements are completed. Please obey all posted traffic signs and signals and remain alert when traveling through the Borough Square.
