The Manchester Community Park
Located at 96 S. Liverpool Street and is open to the public from dawn to dusk every day. We offer several playground equipment, a tennis court, basketball court, and a recreational building that is available to rent for your special event.
The Manchester Community Park, from inception, was intended to be used by the community-at-large for all residents to come together in friendship.
The Recreational Building Rental Guidelines and Rules
The Recreational Building, located at 96 S. Liverpool St., is available to rent for $150 a day. This fee includes a $50 non-refundable deposit. The deposit MUST be paid within 48 hours of interest, or the date will not be held. For those interested, please check the calendar below for availability. Please call the Manchester Borough office at (717) 266-1022 to book the date for your special event.
Note that the Manchester Community Park is open to the public from dusk to dawn. Renting the Recreational building facilities does NOT include the community park. The community park can be used by the public without restriction of the event holder.
Please view the calendar below, or on our main web page located at the bottom, for availability to rent. THE RED DOT (“•“) shown confirms the date is reserved for another individual. Please have the date selected BEFORE calling the Borough Office. WE DO NOT accept online booking at this time.
We accept the following payment methods: cash, check or credit card. All checks must be made payable to Manchester Recreation Commission. The recreational building is on a first come first serve basis. You may make a credit card payment in person or by telephone. All cash and checks must be submitted in person.

The Recreational building is fully heated, is air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi, as well as the following amenities are available:
11 Tables, 65 Chairs, a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, sink and stove, indoor bathroom, and cleaning supplies are provided.
Final payment is due during the week of your scheduled event or rental. Late payments will not be accepted. If you elect to pay in full prior to your event, the contract will be issued during the week of the event, at which time the access code will be provided. The contract will be signed in person at the Manchester Borough Office located at 225 S. Main St. Manchester, PA 17345 during our regular business hours.

Manchester Borough administrative staff WILL NOT provide reminder calls for payments, contract execution, or rental dates. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that all required payments are made and all contracts are fully executed prior to the rental date. Please mark your calendar accordingly when your reservation is scheduled.
Failure to complete the contract or submit final payment during regular business hours before the rental date may result in cancellation without notice. Manchester Borough is not obligated to hold the reservation or issue a contract after that time.
