Leaf collection in Manchester Borough will start in November and go through December. Manchester Borough will collect leaves on Monday’s and Tuesdays ONLY in our Borough. In order for a smooth collection process, please follow these guidelines and the Manchester Borough Policy below.
- Leaves should be ready for collection by 7 a.m. each day.
- Leaf piles should be placed curbside and in long narrow piles.
- Piles of leaves should be free of debris. No sticks, branches, grass clippings, glass, rocks or pet waste. These items may cause injury to Manchester Borough employees and also damage of the collection equipment.
- Do NOT place leaf piles near parked vehicles. Leaves will not be collected if not placed in the proper locations.
