Manchester Borough would like to advise residents and motorists that the Farm Lane Sanitary and Storm Sewer Replacements and Road Reconstruction Projects are scheduled to begin Monday, November 2, 2026.

Construction will initially focus on the intersection of Farm Lane and Edgeboro Dr. The project completion date is currently TBD.

Motorists traveling through the area should expect delays, use caution, and plan accordingly. Please slow down and remain alert around workers and equipment.
